People/things that irk me:

Guys who wear cowboy boots at the office. Or just about anywhere else.

Guys who cross their legs tightly like a woman wearing a skirt. I call this "the nutcracker." (Actually, I don't. But still.)

Kids in TV shows who precede a confession to their parents with, "Mom? Dad?"

People who lick their thumb before flipping through a stack of papers.

People who can't just say "people of all races" - or better yet, "everyone" - but must instead list various races by color, concluding the list with a joke color. Example: "Everyone should have a right to vote. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, brown, or purple."

Local business ads that spew a list of synonyms for the word "none." Example: "No money down! Nada, zip, zero, zilch!" Might I add, "Fuck you!"
